Your Tasks
- Administrative Unterstützung des Vertriebs (Telefonie, Angebotserstellung, Auftragsbestätigungen, Rechnungsstellung, Anlegen von Neukunden, Steuerung Dienstleistungspartner); Betreuung von Rahmenkontrakt-Kunden.
- Versandsteuerung (Lieferscheine, Zollformalitäten, Beauftragung Speditionen / Logistikdienstleister)
- Verwaltung des Fertigteile-Lagers
Your Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung vorzugsweise aus dem Bereich Spedition / Logistik / Handel / Messe / Hotellerie / technische Berufe
- Affinity for technical products
- Sicherer Umgang mit EDV, Erfahrungen mit ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High level of initiative & self-motivation, hands-on mentality.
- Structured way of working & creativity for innovative solutions
- German & English written and spoken
